Replace the Fire Escape System: The existing wood fire escape will be removed and documented. A new fire escape system, including two balconies and a ladder, will be constructed using pressure-treated wood materials matching the existing structure's dimensions. It will be anchored with steel and painted with approved exterior-grade latex paint. All work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation and adhere to the provided Statement of Work (SOW).

Contract Details & Requirements
