Scope of Work

  • Cabinetry & Storage: Demolition of existing and installation of new wood storage solutions, including a water fountain cabinet and an outdoor-rated janitor/garden cabinet.
  • Plumbing & Fixtures: Replacement of sinks with ADA-accessible, wall-mounted stainless steel sinks and touchless faucets. Repair of plumbing supply-side and wastewater clean-outs, and replacement of mirrors.
  • Interior Preservation: Repair of wood partition walls, repainting, cleaning of tile/grout, and ceiling repairs.
  • Temporary Facilities: Provision of ADA-compliant portable toilets with handwashing stations for the duration of the work. All work must comply with NEC 2023, IPC 2021, ADA standards, and NPS preservation guidelines.
