Scope of Work
The project requires construction services to install a dedicated IT network for the Building Management System (BMS) at the Samuel S. Stratton VAMC. This network will support BACnet over IP using a TCP/IP backbone and operate independently from VA networks. Key deliverables include:
- Installation of a structured cabling distribution system meeting TIA Category 6A requirements, including OM4 multimode and OS1 single mode fiber optics, as detailed in specification section 27 15 00 Communications Structured Cabling.

Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated magnitude between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Substantial completion is required within 280 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for contracts exceeding $150,000.

This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Contractors must be registered in SAM and verified/certified as SDVOSB at the time of bid submission.
