  • Martinez Campus - Building 19: Replacement of underground and aboveground fuel oil piping, seismic restraint, fuel oil transfer pump, leak detection system, integration with existing building automation system (BMS), ICRA requirements, valving, pipe supports, controls, and electrical wiring.
  • Martinez Campus - Building 20: Similar to Building 19, with the addition of incidental architectural work for indoor ceiling replacement and the integration of a fuel polisher into the system.
  • Mare Island Campus - Building 201: Replacement of existing 3" and 1" double-wall containment fuel piping (or containment pan where not feasible), fuel oil transfer pumps, seismic restraint, leak detection systems, integration with BMS, valving, pipe supports, controls, electrical wiring, duplex supply pumps, and a NEMA enclosure for the return pump.

General requirements include proper disposal of materials and waste fuel, and restoration of any damaged landscape/hardscape/roads/curbs to their existing conditions.
