This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for construction services to replace the fire station roof at VAMC Butler, project #529-26-102.

• Safety: Compliance with specifications, VA Butler MCP Attachment, project specifications, and OSHA requirements.

• Physical Security: Adherence to physical security and key control requirements. Contractor employees on-site for more than five aggregate days require suitability review and a Tier 1 background investigation.

• Submittals: Must meet specification requirements and highlight selected items/materials. Submittals containing "Controlled Unclassified Information" (CUI) must be marked accordingly. All submittals and project documentation will occur on the government-provided Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

• Change Orders and Contract Disputes: Immediate notification to the COR is required for any potential change orders or disputes.

• Contract Oversight: A Contracting Officer (CO) from Network Contracting Activity VISN 4 – NCO-4 will manage contract terms. A Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) from Butler VAMC Engineering Service will monitor construction performance. The contractor is ultimately responsible for all errors and omissions.
