• Detailed construction background, especially in hospital electrical and wiring, including project descriptions, work performed, overall project costs, and assigned costs.
• Business size details (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, SB, Large Business).
• If intending to complete as a small business type, details on fulfilling the 25% small business-type requirement.
• Qualifications for any proposed subcontractors.
• Submittal limit: 6 pages in one .pdf or Word document.

This notice is to determine if a set-aside for an SBA Verified SDVOSB is appropriate. Specific subcontracting limitations for SDVOSB prime contractors are detailed, including requirements for SDVOSB subcontractors to be VIP-listed and meet NAICS size standards.
