This Sources Sought notice seeks capable and interested firms for the purchase and installation of 20 Arjo brand patient ceiling lifts. This is for acquisition planning purposes only. Responses are due January 29, 2026.

Scope of Work

The requirement is for the purchase and installation of 20 Arjo brand patient lifts, specifically 18 Maxi Sky 2 Series and 2 Maxi Sky 1000 models. The overhead ceiling and wall-mounted patient lift systems must be complete with a track system, lift units, motors, and a complete structural mounting system designed to attach to the existing structural/roof system. The contractor shall provide and install a complete XY or H Track Configuration with continuous charge based on the needs of each room. A minimum hoist capacity of 600 lbs, or 1,000 lbs for bariatric applications, must be supported. Installation services include the removal of all previous overhead mounted patient lifts, appropriate configuration, and direct mounting of all Unistrut to the building. The installation must also include certification for compliance as required by the AL14-07PSA Checklist. All services must be provided by an OEM certified technician using certified OEM parts.
