• SF330 Due Date: Qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms must submit their SF330 forms no later than 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
• Submission Method: Electronic submission of SF330s is preferred.
• File Size Limit: The overall file size for submissions cannot exceed 7MB. If additional space is needed, the file can be divided into segments, with each segment less than 7MB. A maximum of two files, each at 7MB, will be accepted.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide design development, construction documents, technical specifications, construction period services, site visits, cost estimates, and shop drawing review for Project No. 630-26-104, "Repair Electrical Deficiencies" at the Margaret Cochran-Corbin VA Medical Center in New York, NY. This procurement is conducted under the Brooks Act and is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• Prepare basis of design, executive summary reports, design development drawings, contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates, feasibility study, and deficiency reports.

• Provide solutions to repair electrical deficiencies identified in the NEI report, focusing on high-risk equipment replacement (panelboards, ancillary items, overcurrent protection devices).

• Conduct construction period services including site visits, inspections, shop drawing review, RFI responses, and preparation of as-built drawings.

• Assist in evaluating contractor qualifications and hire a commissioning person.

• Develop construction phasing plan, infection control risk assessment plan, and interim life safety measures plan.

• All contractor employees must complete VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness training.

• Utilize the VISN 2 Autodesk Build Construction management platform (ACC) for all project communications and submissions.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Estimated Construction Cost Range: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.

• Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.

• NAICS Code: 541330 (Engineering Services) with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million.
