This is a pre-solicitation announcement for construction services to replace equipment in mechanical rooms at the VA Medical Center (VAMC) Las Vegas, NV (Project No. 593-23-306). The full solicitation documents are expected to be available around December 16, 2025.

• Decommissioning and demolition of existing clean steam generators and heating hot water pumps.

• Procurement and installation of a new reverse osmosis unit for clean steam feed water.

• Modification of existing ductwork in BH002.

• Procurement and installation of a new air handler and associated ductwork in BD423.

• Bidders must familiarize themselves with the full scope of work, construction drawings, and specifications.
