Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract with a five-year ordering period. The maximum aggregate contract value for all task orders and modifications is $1,000,000.00, with a guaranteed minimum of $5,000.00. Individual task orders will range from a minimum of $2,000.00 to a maximum of $300,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for each task order.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be verified as an eligible SDVOSB, a small business under NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, size standard $19 million), and listed in the SBA database at the time of proposal submission. Compliance with VAAR 852.219-75 regarding subcontracting limitations for SDVOSBs is mandatory, requiring no more than 75% of the amount paid by the government (excluding materials) to be paid to non-VIP-listed SDVOSBs for specialized construction.
