Eligibility & Notes
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be registered and verified in the Vendor Information Pages (www.veterans.certify.sba.gov) to be eligible. Required documentation includes OSHA 30 Supervisor Cards and 10-hour OSHA Cards for non-supervisors, as well as documentation for OSHA/EPA violations and an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 1.0 or less. Offerors must provide past performance information on two federal, state, local government, or private contracts, with Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) submitted directly from clients to the contracting officer. A 1-year warranty on work is required.
