Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for Project 534-24-907, encompassing three main parts:
- ADA Ramp Installation: Demolition of existing concrete steps and construction of a new ADA-compliant ramp and steps, adhering to approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Interior Painting: Preparation and painting of 16 bedroom/bathrooms, including walls, ceilings, crown molding, baseboards, window/door trim, and kitchen cabinets (requiring removal, prepping, and spray painting). Furniture protection and movement are required.
- Exterior Painting: Painting of all exterior trim, fascia, soffits, decorative wood columns, porch ceilings, doors, Pergola, and the outdoor Pavilion. This includes scraping, pressure-washing, repair/replacement, and priming of surfaces. Work must be conducted on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., minimizing disruption to the Fisher House operations.
Contract Details & Requirements
