This is a solicitation for the design-bid-build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project (619A4-22-700) at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) in Tuskegee, AL. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a general contractor to perform necessary upgrades to the facility's infrastructure.

• Upgrading facility fiber throughout buildings to each Telecommunication Room (TR).

• Providing redundant fiber runs to each TR and redundant fiber mains to the demarcation room.

• Installing additional outlets and upgrading electrical power distribution as required.

• Upgrading facility HVAC distribution as required.

• Conducting a physical security assessment and implementing upgrades.

• Performing hazardous material abatement and other necessary work.

• All work must be performed in accordance with provided drawings and specifications.

• Contract Type: Single firm-fixed-price contract.

• Period of Performance: Approximately 911 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
