Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and services to:

• Install six new lavatories and relocate two existing ones.
• Mount seven exam lights (Burton Outpatient® LED Examination Light specifications provided).
• Reconfigure one large exam room into two smaller, standardized exam rooms.
• Perform associated work including plumbing (HW/CW, waste/vent), electrical connections, GPR/core drilling, new wall construction, duplex receptacles, new doors, fire alarm speakers, return-air registers, lighting rearrangement, and patching/painting.
• Adhere to VA ICRA Level 2 (Phases 1-3) and Level IV (Phase 4) requirements, and VHA Master Specifications. Work must be performed outside normal clinic hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM and weekends).
