Solicitation

This solicitation is for the renovation of the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The project involves approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of renovation on the 2nd floor, including demolition of existing components, installation of new patient rooms, offices, staff lounges, and a new HEPA pandemic filtration system. Plumbing and HVAC work will extend beyond the 2nd floor.

• General construction, alterations, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.

• Demolition and removal of existing structures.

• Renovation of patient rooms, offices, conference room, staff lounges, locker rooms, clean supply room, pharmacy office, work areas, and HUC station.
