- Surface coating (ASTs 1 & 2): Cleaning, stripping, rust removal, priming, and application of Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646, replacement of NFPA placards, and lead paint abatement.
- Base Seal Replacement (ASTs 1 & 2): Removal and replacement of tank edge caulking.
- Valve and Support Replacement (ASTs 1 & 2): Replacing approximately five valves with UL-listed stainless-steel valves, updating pipe supports, and labeling piping.
