• Supply and install a 600,000-grain metered duplex water softening system with bypass.

• Supply and install two (2) rooftop exhaust fans matching existing unit capabilities.

• Supply and install five (5) motorized damper/louvers on outside walls of the chiller plant.

• Supply and install six (6) new fan shafts and bearings on cooling tower fans (Evapco model AT 312-336).

• Supply and install new sets of 32 framed louvers on cooling tower 1 and cooling tower 2.

• Supply and install three (3) water meters within the chiller plant.

• Supply and install new shutoff valves to replace non-operable valves throughout the chilled water system.

• Repair/replace all pipe insulation disturbed or damaged.
