Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise for the replacement of air handling unit #3 and its enclosing penthouse on the rooftop of Building 1 at the VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Marion, IL.

• Installation of a temporary HVAC system to maintain service during construction.

• Demolition of the existing penthouse and air handling unit.

• Installation of a new air handling unit.
