Contract Details

The estimated period of performance is 365 days from the Notice to Proceed, approximately July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Bid bonds are required for proposals exceeding $150K. Performance bonds (for projects over $150K) and payment bonds (for projects over $35K) will be required post-award, due ten days after award.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, March 16, 2026. Submissions must be in writing, follow Section L guidelines, and be emailed to theodore.blume@usda.gov, referencing solicitation number 12905B25R0002.
