Scope of Work
The requirement includes the purchase, transportation, delivery, installation, and startup of the UPS systems and accessories. The contractor will be responsible for the design/specification, procurement, and installation of all UPS systems and components, including interconnections, necessary software, and providing training to government personnel on UPS operation and maintenance.
Key Requirements
The solicitation specifies four distinct UPS units (CLINs 0001-0004) with varying kVA ratings (100-150 kVA), battery run times (101-142 minutes), and physical dimensions. All UPS branches must feature Ethernet connectivity for monitoring, 97% or greater double conversion efficiency, TAA compliant VRLA batteries (Lithium banned), pure sine wave output, surge protection (ANSI 62.41), internal maintenance bypass, and a graphical interface. Deliveries must fit through 64" W x 80" H doors. The contractor must use licensed electricians in Oklahoma and be an authorized OEM distributor, installer, and technician. Standard OEM warranties are required for batteries (2 years), UPS rack (1 year), and installation/workmanship (1 year), including a 24x7 hotline with 24-hour response.
