Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a comprehensive, turnkey PA and sound system for announcements, narration, and music, ensuring high-quality, clear, and audible sound coverage for approximately 60,000 attendees daily. This includes:
- Providing and maintaining a PA and sound system along an "up to 2,500 linear feet" crowd line, including VIP, DV, and Media zones.
- Supporting Air Boss and announcer functions with dedicated communication packages (VHF radio, air-to-ground radio interface).
- Supplying all necessary equipment, including full-range, self-powered speakers (line-array or hybrid acceptable), multi-channel audio mixer, microphones, computers, CD players, and standalone, quiet power generators.
- Providing an elevated platform (100-200 sq ft trailer) for the announcer/Air Boss.
- Qualified technicians for setup, operation, maintenance, and teardown.
- Responsibility for all transportation, lodging, permits, safety compliance, and insurance.
