  • Supporting Air Boss and announcer functions with dedicated communication packages (VHF radio, air-to-ground radio interface).
  • Supplying all necessary equipment, including full-range, self-powered speakers (line-array or hybrid acceptable), multi-channel audio mixer, microphones, computers, CD players, and standalone, quiet power generators.
  • Providing an elevated platform (100-200 sq ft trailer) for the announcer/Air Boss.
  • Qualified technicians for setup, operation, maintenance, and teardown.
  • Responsibility for all transportation, lodging, permits, safety compliance, and insurance.
