The contractor must supply all labor, parts, and materials, evaluate ECWs, provide reports, recommendations, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) quotes for repairs. Emergency service calls require a 4-hour on-site response, while non-emergency calls require a next business day response. Exclusions include ECWs for Smithsonian Enterprises, NY/NJ facilities, temporary refrigeration trucks, and proprietary control equipment.
