Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, and supervision to install two 60 Amp receptacles compatible with Purge Unit Plug, Cat No. CPH-6034BC. Receptacles must be wall-mounted and rated as standard 4-pin, Intrinsically Safe (IS) for Hazardous Location Class I, Div 1 & 2, Group B, C, D; Class II, Div 1 & 2, Group F, G; Class III, Div 1 & 2. The scope includes removing and properly disposing of damaged or improper connectors and associated electrical components, such as replacing the existing 60-amp, 240-volt disconnect with a heavy-duty type. The contractor must provide all necessary components for a complete and functional installation, perform functional testing, and submit shop drawings or specification sheets for compatibility verification. Coordination with the Electric Shop is required for circuit breaker requests and panel work.
