Purpose & Scope
This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research purposes only. The 355th Contracting Squadron seeks to identify interested and capable contractors for the commodity purchase and installation of two 115/230VAC, 4-wire, 3-phase, 60 Amp receptacles. These receptacles must be designed to mate with the purge unit plug CPH-6034BC. The scope includes:
- Installation of two 115/230 VAC, 4-wire, 3-phase, 60-amp receptacles in Building 5045 at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ.
- Receptacles must be wall-mounted, compatible with Purge Unit Plug, Cat No. CPH-6034BC, and rated for Hazardous Location Class I, Group C, with delayed-action contacts.
- Removal and proper disposal of damaged or improper connectors.
- Ensuring installation does not interfere with existing equipment.
- Providing all necessary components for a complete and functional installation.
- Performing functional testing upon completion.
- Submitting shop drawings or specification sheets for receptacle compatibility and a schedule within 7 days of material receipt.

Performance Requirements
