  • Replacing "skinny" barrels from the Dust Collection Unit (DCU) and Auger system, at a minimum quarterly, or as needed based on fill level.
  • Replacing DCU filters (part number P190817 or OEM-equivalent, 12 filters every six months).
  • Utilizing an explosion-proof HEPA filtered vacuum for lead dust and nitro cellulose.
  • Cleaning intake air and exhaust ducts.

Performance must comply with OSHA, EPA, and Missouri state regulations. The contractor is responsible for all waste disposal (barrels, filters, dust, brass), with hazardous waste manifests signed by the 509 CES/CEIE Hazardous Waste Manager.
