Key Requirements
Offerors must provide:
- Three (3) SmallHD Cine 18" 4K High-Bright Production Monitors (Line Item 0001)
- Three (3) SmallHD ULTRA 7 UHD 4K On-Camera Touchscreen Monitors (Line Item 0002: 7" size)
- Three (3) SmallHD 14V/26V Dual Battery Brackets (V-Mount) (Line Item 0003: Bracket for CLIN 0001) The brand name "SmallHD (OEM)" is preferred, but this is a "brand name or equal" requirement. OLED monitors are not required. Offerors must submit electronic cut sheets/manufacturer’s specifications and adhere to VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Gray Market Requirements. Delivery is required within 180 days after award to 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, Building 56, St. Louis, MO 63125.

Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation will consider technical compliance (meeting SOW specifications, including delivery and warranty) and price. The Government may evaluate only the lowest priced offeror's technical quotation first. Offerors must complete and submit a Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2).
