This document is Amendment 0002 to RFQ 36C26226Q0296. It serves to inform all potential vendors and stakeholders that the Combined Synopsis for RFQ 36C26226Q0296 is canceled, effective immediately.

This amendment cancels the previously issued Combined Synopsis for RFQ 36C26226Q0296.

The solicitation will be resolicited at a future date with necessary adjustments. No proposal submission is required for this canceled synopsis. Vendors are advised that the request will be resolicited later.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment to RFQ 36C26226Q0296 addresses vendor questions regarding the Statement of Work (SOW) and extends the solicitation response due date.

• Statement of Work (SOW) #5 – Salient Characteristics: Clarifies that the system must be able to burn at least 4 discs simultaneously. The previously listed Epson PP-100III (with 2 burners) is not the sole requirement; other models meeting the 4-burner specification are acceptable.

This solicitation seeks proposals for the procurement of DMC-EZ 250TRF Epson PP100iii Patient Record CD Burners and DMC-EZ Version 3X Software, or equivalent, meeting specified salient characteristics and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. • Software: Must import images from VISTA Imaging and AGFA PACS via DICOM, compress images to CD/DVD, burn at least 4 disks simultaneously, print customizable labels, and utilize a web portal for multiple users. Must have an existing Enterprise Risk Assessment by VHA for VA network connection.
