This solicitation is for the procurement of 15 storage units for the Sterile Processing Department at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. The existing storage units are broken and require replacement to maintain sterile conditions for reusable medical devices (RMD) as per AAMI and directive 1116.

• 1 Tall Closed Acquilla Stainless Slope Top Steel Storage w/o Bottom Shelves (30"x24", glass door, locking casters, 3 drawers, pegboard backing).

• 4 Benchtop Clamp/Forcep Slope Top Acquilla Stainless Steel Storage Cabinets (36"W x 27"D, specific drawer configurations, glass doors, pegboard backing, caster wheels).

• 10 Acquilla Stainless Steel Tall Shelved Slope Top Cabinets (28"x20"x75", with specific basket/shelf configurations and partitions).

• 40 Acquilla Stainless Steel Pegboard Hooks (5" Long).

• 65 Acquilla Stainless Steel Pegboard Hooks (7" Long).

• 65 Acquilla Stainless Steel Pegboard Hooks (9" Long).

• Delivery and installation of all carts and cabinets with baskets/shelves.

• Installation must be performable during weekdays and weekends.

This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes, aiming to conduct market research for storage cabinetry for the Sterile Processing Department at C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System. The goal is to determine if a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside is feasible. If not, it may be solicited as a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Small Business (SB) set-aside.

The requirement is for 15 storage units to be delivered to the C.W. Bill Young VAMC. The existing storage units are broken and in need of replacement due to damage and functionality issues. The new units must be stainless steel, closed, and meet specific dimensions and features, including glass doors, locking caster wheels, drawers, and pegboard backing. Specific quantities and configurations are detailed for:
