Scope of Work (Based on Draft SOW)
The requirement is to replace the current fleet of Acute Care Beds for the Medicine Service at Bay Pines VHA Healthcare. The scope includes providing all necessary resources for:
- Equipment: 126 Standard Beds and 4 Bariatric Beds, along with supporting equipment such as mattress extenders, trapezes, and IV poles. Beds must meet specific technical requirements including 120V, 60 Hz, specified safe working loads, expandable widths, patient motion/flee monitoring, nurse call interface, integrated scale, CPR setting, and more.
- Services: Storage, delivery, installation, testing, and comprehensive onsite training for new equipment.
- Logistics: Turn-in and removal of current equipment, with the vendor responsible for off-site disposal.
- Timeline: Expected implementation by September 2026.
Performance Standards & Special Requirements
