• Installation: All personnel must comply with VA security management program, obtain VA police permission, be identified, and restricted from unauthorized access. Personnel must be manufacturer-trained on installation, PPE usage, and infection control.

• De-Installation/Trade-In: Contractor shall remove replaced equipment during new equipment installation, coordinating with clinical end-users. Personnel must comply with VA security and training requirements. Vendor is responsible for equipment removal/disposal off government property.

• Training: Comprehensive onsite training for operating clinicians, including Technical and Operational Training. Training to occur during normal business hours (7:00am-5pm, Mon-Fri). Competency assessments required. Training to cover preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general maintenance.

• Inspection and Acceptance: Joint inspection with COR upon delivery. Testing of connections (medical gas, electrical/data, plumbing). Contractor to provide completion dates for punch list items and replacement/short ship items. COR ensures satisfactory completion.

• Warranty: Twelve-month warranty required.
