To establish a contract for the supply of medical cylinder gases to the VA Greater Los Angeles Medical Center at the West Los Angeles (WLA) and Sepulveda (SEP) Campuses.

• Procurement of various medical cylinder gases including, but not limited to, Liquid Nitrogen, Argon Gas, Compressed Air, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, and Custom Liquid Gas Mixes.

• Gases must conform to United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary specifications.

• Manufacturers and fillers must be FDA registered and comply with FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations.

• Compliance with Federal Specification BB-C-101D, Compressed Gas Association (CGA) Publications G-7 and ANSI/CGA G-7.1 is required.

• Contractor must provide all applicable Federal, state, and local licenses/certifications within 10 days of award.

• Verification of FDA and state licensing for manufacturers and resellers is required annually.

• Delivery of gases to specified locations within the WLA and SEP campuses, with the ability to add locations.

• Contractor is responsible for swapping out old tanks upon delivery.

• Emergency orders must be filled within 24 hours of notification.

• Invoices are to be submitted monthly.
