- Technical Approach: (Max 5 pages) Proposed plan, preliminary project schedule, safety hazard plan, list of Vindicator-specific equipment, and proof of certified Honeywell technicians.
- Past Performance Information: (Max 5 pages, 1 page per reference) Up to five recent and relevant contracts similar in scope, size, and complexity, including customer contact and performance assessment. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 90 days. Evaluation will be based on Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance, with non-price factors approximately equal to price. A rating of "Acceptable" or higher is required for the Technical factor.
