Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for replacing the outdated Monaco Intrusion Detection System (IDS) with the Honeywell Vindicator System IDS across multiple buildings at Dyess Air Force Base.

• Infrastructure Expansion: Includes trenching for fiber optic cabling (36 inches deep for 4-inch PVC), backfilling, landscaping, and installation of handholes and manholes.
