• Salient Characteristics: Furniture must be durable, designed for behavioral health settings, with specific requirements for upholstery (antimicrobial, water-resistant, healthcare grade), weight capacity (350 lbs for chairs, 500 lbs for love seats, 750 lbs for sofas), tamper-resistant construction, BIFMA X5.4-2020 certification, and cleanable surfaces. Tables must be moisture-impervious, easy to clean, heat, scratch, and mar resistant. All items require a minimum 10-year warranty.

• Delivery & Installation: All upholstered furniture, coffee table, and end tables are to be delivered, installed, and fully assembled in Building 65, 1st floor. The dining/activity table is to be delivered, installed, and fully assembled in Building 64, 2nd floor. Delivery is required within 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Vendor is responsible for removing all debris.
