Support extends to the Global Joint C2 (GJC2) Branch, acting as secretariat for the C2 Executive Steering Council (C2 ESC), and assisting with various C2 systems such as GCCS-J, DJC2, and IBS. The effort also involves Systems-Engineering expertise and Technical Assistance (SETA) support.
Contract Details
This is a Firm, Fixed-Price Task Order. The period of performance includes a Base Period from March 28, 2026, to March 27, 2027, followed by four 12-month Option Periods, extending the total duration through March 27, 2031. The primary place of performance is the Joint Staff, Room MA924, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Contractor personnel must possess a final Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility (based on an investigation within the last 5 years) at the time of quotation submission. A TOP SECRET facility clearance is also required, and specific personnel will need access to Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI). Travel costs are estimated at $120,000.00 for each period.
Submission & Evaluation
This is a two-step submission process:
- Step One: Submit a description of experience on similar prior contracts (maximum 2 pages) and an attestation of being a Small Business SeaPort NxG Prime Contract Holder. Due: February 12, 2026, 5:00 PM EST.
- Step Two: Viable competitors from Step One will be invited to submit a technical (Volume I) and price (Volume II) quote. Due: February 27, 2026, 5:00 PM EST. Quotes will be evaluated based on Management Approach and Past Performance (equal importance), with non-price factors considered significantly more important than price. A rating less than "Acceptable" in any non-price factor or less than "Satisfactory Confidence" in Past Performance will render a proposal ineligible.
