Scope of Work

- Advanced cleaning and inspection of firefighting PPE (helmets, hoods, coats, gloves, pants, boots) twice annually for cleaning and at least annually for inspection, adhering to NFPA Standard 1851 (2020).
- One-for-one replacement (loaner) PPE that meets or exceeds NFPA standards while NCBC gear is being serviced.
- Minor repairs to PPE (e.g., Velcro, snaps, buttons, zippers), not to exceed $1,000.00 per item, with Designated Government Representative (DGR) approval.
- Pick-up and drop-off services at NCBC Gulfport Fire and Emergency Services Dept. Bldg. 321; 5000 7th St, Gulfport, MS 39501. Mailing of items is not permitted.

Special Requirements
