Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a Capability Statement (not to exceed 10 pages, but the overall submission has a 4-page limit) including:
- Corporate Information: Legal Name, Address, UEI, Socio-economic Status, Point of Contact.
- Demonstrated Capabilities: Evidence of managing at least three simultaneous A/E projects, documentation of past performance across disparate locations, and a summary of three projects where requirements documents for Design-Build (DB) delivery were developed.
- Professional Licensing and Experience: Ability to obtain licensing in the Western Region states/territories and experience with DBIA, Design Build Done Right, and design-build methodology.
