• Delivery Coordination: A minimum of 48 hours prior notice is required to coordinate delivery dates/times and specific locations with the 819 RHS Project Manager or Supply Warehouse Manager.

• Base Access: Contractor personnel require REAL ID for access. Allow time for pass coordination.

• Site Cleanliness: Contractor is responsible for cleaning up any mud, dirt, debris, or spills caused by their operations.

• Spill Reporting: Immediate reporting to the Contracting Officer (CO) is required for any potential environmental risks or spills. The contractor is responsible for cleanup ("you spill, you dig").

• Security: Adherence to MHAFB security procedures is mandatory.

• Personnel: Contractor must provide a designated supervisor fluent in English with sufficient technical knowledge. The government reserves the right to request replacement of unacceptable personnel.

• Worker Welfare: The contractor is responsible for their workers' food and water.
