Scope of Work

- Operating two distinct bus routes, with round trip distances of 2 miles and a 10-mile option for approximately 5% of trips.
- Supplying a minimum of four (4) ADA-compliant buses (minimum 20-person capacity) and six (6) buses with a 56-person capacity. Non-ADA buses must hold a minimum of 40 people.
- Ensuring all buses are fully operational, with inoperable buses replaced within 2 hours.
- Providing qualified drivers with valid Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) and REAL ID-compliant identification. Security vetting for drivers is required, with driver information acceptable 1-2 days in advance.
- Operating buses on both paved and gravel surfaces, capable of communicating with base ground transportation dispatchers.
- Adhering to base traffic regulations, including speed limits and restrictions on cell phone use (hands-free only) and weapons.
