Evaluation Factors

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Evaluation will consider:

3. Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. The Government intends to prioritize technical approach, followed by past performance, with price as a secondary consideration.
