Scope of Work

This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of two new amphibious track vehicles, along with their accompanying trailers, to the Minnesota Valley NWR. The vehicles must meet detailed specifications including:

  • Vehicle: 15' 10" L x 8' 6" W x 8' 4" H (max), 1/8" Aluminum body, 7000 lb max weight, 1500 lb floating load capacity, Kohler 74 HP 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine, twin hydrostatic transmission, 8 mph land / 1 mph water speed, max 28" wide polymer cleats, 12-volt electrical system, 10,000 lb hydraulic winch, two 55-gallon fire suppression tanks, and auxiliary hydraulic circuits. A hydraulic driven rotary cutter attachment is also required.
  • Trailer: Max 8' W x 18' L tilt deck, two 7000 lb torsion bars, 235/75R16 commercial tires, 12" electric brakes, 2 5/16" coupler, minimum GVWR of 13,000 lbs, galvanized steel frame, and LED lighting.
  • Delivery: On or before July 1, 2026, to MN Valley NWR, 15850 Rapids Lake Road, Carver, MN 55315.
