• Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• A site visit is scheduled for 01 June 2026, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM EST.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Proposals must be organized into three volumes: Administrative, Technical Execution Plan, and Price.

• The total email size for the proposal, including attachments, must not exceed 5 megabytes.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
