Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). The goal is to ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all automatic door systems, providing a dignified first impression for visitors and seamless access for grieving families.

• Provide comprehensive, all-inclusive preventive maintenance (PM) and on-call repair services for automatic door systems.

• PM to be performed quarterly, including inspection, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and safety system checks.

• Provide 24/7/365 emergency repair services and routine repair services during normal business hours.

• Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment.

• Specific tasks include inspections, lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, safety system checks, and repairs.

• Detailed service reports and an asset service history log are required.

• Contractor must report labor hours via the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Complete 100% of quarterly PM tasks.

• Emergency repairs: On-site within 2 hours of notification; fully operational within 8 business hours of technician's arrival.

• Routine repairs: On-site by the end of the next business day; fully operational within 2 business days.
