Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, management, and transportation necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair automatic doors as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key requirements include:
- Comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) and on-call repair services.
- Quarterly PM tasks including inspection, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and safety checks.
- 24/7/365 emergency repair services (on-site within 2 hours, operational within 8 business hours).
- Routine repair services (on-site by next business day, operational within 2 business days).
- Technicians must possess current AAADM certification and adhere to ANSI/BHMA standards.
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA.
- Development and implementation of a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Technical proposals will be rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" based on meeting minimum requirements, including a Technical Execution Plan addressing PWS requirements, pre-performance verification, certification maintenance, personnel replacement, and safety system checks. Pricing will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and balance.
