This requirement involves an anticipated total of 76.25 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) over the 60-month period. The incumbent contractor is Frontier Electronics Systems Corp (FES). Mandatory requirements include a SECRET Facility Clearance Level (FCL) for the prime contractor and SECRET Personnel Clearance Level (PCL) for all direct support personnel (interim acceptable for non-Key). The government does not own the source code for Cambridge Pixel Software, which is proprietary to FES.
Scope of Work
The SOW outlines tasks including:
- Production and Delivery: Equipment and software based on approved Technical Data Packages (TDPs), including rigorous testing (FAT, PAT) and a 24-month warranty.
- Engineering Services: Systems, Hardware, and Software Engineering, including AoAs, MBSE, ECPs, TDP delivery, FPGA/SoC expertise, and secure software development.
- Technical Services: Shipboard and shore-based installation, repair, and testing, including Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) and platform installation testing.
- Configuration Management (CM) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS): Comprehensive ILS, CM Plan, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, and provisioning data.
- Obsolescence Mitigation: Formal DMSMS Plan, identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Cybersecurity Support: RMF lifecycle management, ATO maintenance, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance with DoD/DoN cybersecurity standards (DISA STIGs, Zero Trust).
Contract & Timeline
