• Utilities: Utilities (except internet) are provided by COLAF and invoiced to the BOS Contractor for reimbursement under ODC CLIN X002. Internet is provided via subcontract. No indirect costs are authorized for utilities.
• Language: Official certifications and third-party documents can be in their native language; however, the Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Property Management Plan must be in English.
• Fuel: No aviation fuel consumption since August 2025. Fuel for generators is typically purchased biweekly/monthly in 55-gallon drums.
• Painting: Painting of trailers with mold-resistant paint as needed is required and will be reimbursed under CLIN X004.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
