Scope of Work

- Items must be shipped in original manufacturer's packaging with all original documentation and software.
- The solution must comply with NIST cybersecurity privacy requirements, including system security plans, secure configuration management, access controls, multifactor authentication, vulnerability scanning, auditing, incident response, and FIPS 140-2/140-3 validated encryption.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price purchase order.
- Period of Performance: 12 months from the date of award.
- Place of Performance/Delivery: Gaithersburg, MD.
- Deliverables: Automatic Wire Bonder. Delivery is due within 4 weeks from the date of award.
- Inspection & Acceptance: The NIST TPOC will review deliverables within 4 weeks of receipt. The Government reserves the right to perform performance tests and evaluations, and will test, inspect, and accept or reject equipment within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Payment Terms: 100% payment will be made after delivery and acceptance of the fully installed system. Partial shipments and invoices are not accepted unless approved prior to award.
- Invoicing: Invoices must be submitted electronically via email to INVOICE@NIST.GOV and through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's IPP System (https://www.ipp.gov).
- Applicable Clauses: The solicitation incorporates various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Commerce Acquisition Regulation (CAR) provisions and clauses by reference, including those related to the Buy American Act, Place of Manufacture, and Security Prohibitions and Exclusions.
