Submission Requirements
Interested firms must provide:
- Verification of small business status.
- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Cage Code.
- Documentation from bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits.
- Description of Experience: Up to three projects (prime contractor or affiliate for small businesses) completed within the last 5 years or >95% complete, similar in scope (HVAC upgrades, chilled water plants, DDC controls) and size (>30,000 SF). Projects must demonstrate at least 15% self-performance of construction (excluding materials).
- CMMC Certification Level 1 is required for all interested parties.
