The scope includes internal renovation work within Building 198 and additional internal work in adjacent supporting buildings 2507 and 2508. Existing chiller pads will be reused, with one extended, and new equipment pads will be constructed for exhaust fans and a transformer. Projects considered similar in scope include HVAC upgrades with replacement of air handling units, makeup air units, VAV repairs, chilled water plants, and DDC HVAC control systems. Similar projects in size are 10,000 SF or greater.

Submission Requirements
Interested firms must respond via the online survey form at https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/tdQWYLfTXU (or via QR Code). Responses must include:
- Identification and verification of small business status.
- Contractor's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
- Documentation from bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance/payment bond limits.
- Description of experience (up to three projects as prime, or affiliates for small businesses) similar in scope and complexity, completed within the last 5 years or >95% complete, demonstrating at least 15% self-performance.
