Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services for the procurement, delivery, and installation of new, commercial-grade office furniture and accessories. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Workstations & Desks: Walk-up workstations with privacy sides (L-shaped), stand-up desks, executive, administrative, and modular desks.
- Seating: Ergonomic swivel chairs, investigation seating, gaming chairs (high-durability, continuous-use, ergonomic, high-back), stackable chairs, fold-up chairs, conference room swivel chairs, and lounge sofas.
- Storage & Accessories: Keyboard trays, monitor arms, cable management solutions, small refrigerators (standard compact/dorm-style, Energy Star certified), wall bookshelves, under-desk lockable filing storage (standard BBF pedestals preferred), tall storage pedestal cabinets, wardrobe cabinets, and credenzas.
- Conference & Training: Conference tables (seating 6 people) and training tables (power/data grommets preferred).
- Media Equipment: TV credenzas, TV wall mounts, and Samsung TVs for the BDOC.
All furniture must meet applicable safety and ergonomic standards. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 days of contract award. The contractor is responsible for packaging and debris removal, providing warranty documentation, and ensuring floor protection (Masonite or similar) during heavy deliveries. Installation will occur on the ground/first floor of a one-story building; no loading dock or freight elevator is available. Work shall be performed during regular business hours.
