Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the 24/7 operation, maintenance, installation, refueling, and repair of energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components, electric circuits, electric control systems, and associated equipment at Bldg 518. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing continuous 24/7 manning with appropriate craft types.
- Developing and executing an Electronic Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (EPMI) program.
- Operating and maintaining liquid fuel systems, including acting as Tank Custodian.
- Maintaining all low and medium voltage systems less than 4160v.
- Ensuring compliance with numerous Unified Facility Criteria (UFC), Air Force Manuals (DAFMAN), NFPA standards, OEM manuals, and extensive environmental regulations.
- All services are identified as Mission Essential.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must include a Price Quotation, a Technical Capability plan (maximum 20 pages), and completed Fill-In Clauses/Provisions. Technical Capability should detail a 24/7 shift schedule, references for similar equipment maintenance, work experience/certifications for power generation equipment, and an SOP for government-ordered generator backup power. Evaluation will be based on Price and Technical factors, with an award made to the most advantageous offeror. The Government intends to award without discussions.
